CREW PROFILE Nick and Liz are married and hail from Great Britain, they have been together for seven years, but have been friends and workmates for much longer. They both hare a love of sailing and the outdoor life. Whilst working full time in England, all leisure time was spent aboard their yacht, cruising the Solent, the coasts of Devon and Cornwall, across the channel to Northern France and the Channel Islands and down to the Bay of Biscay and into the Western Mediterranean. From and early age, Liz was interested in food and worked initially in a restaurant kitchen, assisting with food preparation and presentation before moving on to a career in the computer industry.
