Brett, born and bred
in the 'City of Sails', Auckland New Zealand and Caroline from Isle
of Wight, England, look forward to welcoming you aboard ReAction.
Brett worked his way
onto the sea from a young age. He is a licensed Royal Yacht Master
Captain also holding a Master Grade II license with endorsements. He
is a qualified engineer enabling him to keep everything running
smoothly aboard ReAction. Brett has traveled and worked int the USA,
England, Norway and Spain. He spent three years in Greece navigating
the Northern Sporades, Ionian and Cyclades Islands and it was during
this time that he met Caroline.
From a family of
competitive sailors, Caroline has also been involved with sailing
and water sports. Pursuing a career in equine studies and a
competitive show jumper, she became a British Society Horse
Instructor which sent her to parts of Europe where she quickly
absorbed the culture, food and life style. This later led her to
Greece where her love of the sea was rekindled working as a chef on
various motor and sailing yachts.
Caroline is a keen
chef and trained at the Isle of Wight Catering School and has also
undertaken studies in New Zealand. She takes pride in innovative
cuisine and artistic presentation, however is happy to cater to
guests' dietary requirements.
Both Brett & Caroline
hold PADI Dive Master qualifications and have extensive knowledge of
the Caribbean Leeward Islands - a divers paradise. Whether you are
adventurous and want to dive, snorkel and water ski, or just laze
about soaking up the sun, Brett and Caroline will ensure your every
need is catered to.
Caroline's cooking and
Brett's exotic sundowner cocktails will enhance the unique
experience of a Caribbean sailing vacation.
